Ma Prenzel, a.k.a. Antoinette Pajot, is Chris's French grandmother. Chris remembers many happy hours in her grandmother’s farmhouse kitchen in La Châtre.

Ma made the most exquisitely tasty vinaigrettes.  Our delicious Original Vinaigrette is a modern Kiwi twist on a recipe handed down through the generations. Prenzel's Citrus Vinaigrette is a family favourite, made from New Zealand Honey, mustard and Ma's secret combination of citrus extracts.
