Ma Prenzel's Avocado Vinaigrette
The recipe for Ma Prenzel's Vinaigrette has been in the French side of the Steadman family for at least three generations. The original recipe has been modified slightly and given a kiwi flare by adding cold-pressed New Zealand grown avocado oil. Grandmere Pajot would have applauded, perfection has been improved upon. This vinaigrette will make even a tired lettuce flash its knickers.
