Ma Prenzel (a.k.a. Antoinette Pajot) is the grandmother of Chris, who remembers many happy hours in her grandmother’s farmhouse kitchen in La Châtre, learning all manner of culinary skills.

Generations of recipes and skill have been carefully modified, adding a special Kiwi twist to much loved family recipes.
