Prenzel's Flambé BBQ Concentrate Instructions

Using a BBQ

• Cook the contents of your BBQ as per usual on the grill
• While still hot, pour the Flambé into a large metal spoon and warm over the flame of the BBQ
• Once warmed stand back and pour over the food
• Voilà, an instant spectacle of flames
• When the flame is out, serve and enjoy!
• Never use on a BBQ under a shade sail or umbrella

Using a Fry Pan

• Cook the contents of the pan, steak, bananas etc
• While still hot, pour the Flambé into a large metal spoon and warm
• Ignite the Flambé and throw into the pan
• Stand back and admire the spectacle
• Once the flame is out, serve and enjoy!
