With a total of eleven botanicals and complex citrus notes, this gin took three years to create before our distiller was satisfied the product was ready for release. We think it was worth the wait.

30ml Prenzel Blenheim Bay Gin
30ml Prenzel Lemon Schnapps
1 kiwifruit, peeled
1 tsp raw sugar
Ice
Muddle the kiwifruit and sugar in a glass until a paste, then shake remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain, and pour into the glass on top of kiwifruit.
