Combine the above ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with banana lollies or fresh banana slices and crated chocolate.
Half fill a tumbler with ice then add Prenzel Blenheim Bay Gin, lime and soda water. Stir.

40g dark chocolate, grated
