Amaretto (Almond) Concentrate 

Prenzel Amaretto Concentrate is crafted with a blend of almond extracts and distillates, suspended in an oak aged brandy base. Use in place of amaretto liqueur in recipes, or wherever an authentic boost of almond flavour is required. A very popular flavour in baking applications, our Almond Concentrate is the perfect addition to flavour scones, buns, biscotti and many other patisserie items. Amaretto Concentrate can also be used in egg dishes such as sweet omelettes, gravies and sauces.
 



Hazelnut Concentrate 

Prenzel Hazelnut Concentrate is an authentic and rich hazelnut flavour made using a blend of high quality hazelnut extracts and distillates. Use in place of Frangelico liqueur in recipes, or wherever an authentic Hazelnut flavour is required. Hazelnut pairs extremely well with chocolate or vanilla. Prenzel Hazelnut Concentrate can be used in a variety of recipes, such as praline chocolates, cakes, biscuits, desserts and ice creams.

Macadamia Concentrate

Macadamia Concentrate has a rich, buttery macadamia flavour. Prenzel Macadamia Concentrate is made from the distilled extracts of macadamia nuts.
