Amaretto (Almond) Concentrate

Prenzel Amaretto concentrate is made with a blend of aromatic almond extracts and a grape brandy base. It provides a wonderful flavour boost in many cooking applications and can be used advantageously in baking including scones, buns, biscotti and many patisserie items. Amaretto Concentrate can also be used in egg dishes such as sweet omelettes, gravies and sauces.

Hazelnut Concentrate

Hazelnuts have been around for more than 4,500 years. Prenzel’s Hazelnut Concentrate is colourless and is made using a blend of distilled extracts of hazelnuts. It is economical to use in place of buying hazelnuts for your cooking applications.
